Wholesale Matcha for Distributors Building a Range

Select wholesale matcha for distributors by customer application and product role. Build a clear ceremonial-led range without duplicating every grade.

Direct answer

Wholesale matcha for distributors should be selected around customer applications, not only grade names. Give each product a clear role in the range and validate that role with samples. H2 Green's lead direction is Ceremonial matcha, while other grades remain options to evaluate for different uses.

Map the customers before choosing the range

A distributor may serve tea retailers, cafes or ingredient users. List the applications those accounts actually buy for. Direct drinking and a sweetened milk drink need different evaluation conditions, even when both customers ask for ceremonial matcha.

Begin with confirmed customer requirements. Do not assume that every account wants the highest named grade or that one product can replace all existing ingredients.

Give each offered grade a job

H2 Green's literature positions Ceremonial for direct drinking, Premium for beverage and dessert applications, and Culinary for processed-food uses. These are starting points for evaluation. A distributor still needs to verify the offered sample in the customer's intended use.

Ceremonial-led offeringDoes the water preparation fit the target customer?
Cafe applicationDoes the powder work in the actual drink recipe?
Food applicationDoes the ingredient perform in the customer's process?
Complementary gradeDoes it solve a distinct customer requirement?

Avoid a range built on duplicated promises

Two products with the same broad sales description are difficult for an account manager to explain. Record what each product is intended for and which sample evidence supports that recommendation. Leave unsupported differences out of the sales sheet.

The distributor's team should be able to explain origin, ingredient type and purchase requirements consistently. H2 Green's matcha is described as leaf powder that forms a suspension, not a completely soluble instant extract.

Set the opening enquiry around the range

Send H2 Green the customer segments, intended applications and estimated total requirement. The current matcha MOQ is 200 kg. Confirm whether the proposed grade combination is possible; do not assume the minimum can be divided freely among products.

After receiving the relevant information, keep the product references and application notes together. This gives your sales team a practical basis for asking customers about use rather than offering a grade without context.

Buyer questions

Should a distributor stock all three matcha grades?

Choose products that address distinct customer needs and validate them with samples. Offering every grade is not a requirement.

Can a 200 kg order be split among grades?

Confirm the permitted combination with H2 Green. The current MOQ does not itself establish a mixed-grade policy.

Discuss your Ceremonial matcha requirement

Tell H2 Green your application, buyer type, expected first-order quantity in kg and US delivery destination. We can discuss suitable sample and quotation requirements for your enquiry.
