Coffee chains · Buying guideTesting Bulk Ceremonial Matcha for Lattes
Test bulk ceremonial matcha for lattes with controlled milk, dose and preparation. Use a recipe record before committing to a commercial purchase.
Evaluate bulk ceremonial matcha for lattes in the actual milk recipe, keeping dose, milk, sweetener and mixing conditions fixed. H2 Green's Ceremonial grade is positioned for direct drinking in its literature; latte suitability needs to be established through the offered sample.

Use the milk your menu actually serves
A latte test should start with the milk or plant-based drink intended for the menu. Record its identity and the amount used. If your chain offers more than one option, treat each recipe as a separate evaluation rather than combining the feedback.
This makes the comparison useful to the buyer. A sample that works in a water preparation still needs to be assessed in the commercial milk drink.
Control the comparison before adjusting dose
Use the same powder weight, liquid amount, temperature, mixing method and sweetener for the initial comparison. Label the samples with codes. Ask the team to record tea character, balance, mouthfeel and appearance using the same terms.
| Test variable | Record for the comparison |
|---|---|
| Powder | Sample code and weighed dose |
| Milk | Exact recipe ingredient and amount |
| Sweetener | Ingredient and amount, if used |
| Mixing | Method, equipment and preparation time |
| Service | Hot or iced conditions and observation time |
Make dose changes a new test
If the team decides to adjust the dose, create a revised recipe record and test again. Keep the change visible. Otherwise, an apparently better sample may simply have been used at a different amount.
You can calculate ingredient use from the approved dose and projected servings, but use your own measured values. H2 Green does not publish a universal latte dosage or a guaranteed serving yield for Ceremonial.
Connect the latte approval with bulk requirements
H2 Green's current matcha MOQ is 200 kg. Send the recipe category, expected commercial quantity and receiving destination together with the sample-evaluation needs. Confirm proposed pack weights and the specification that would apply to the order.
Keep the approved recipe and product reference available for subsequent reviews. That record helps a chain explain why the ingredient was selected and gives purchasing a precise basis for a repeat enquiry.

Buyer questions
Is ceremonial matcha always the best grade for lattes?
The actual recipe determines suitability. Compare samples under controlled conditions rather than relying on the grade name.
Can I use a single sample test for all milk options?
Evaluate each relevant milk recipe separately and keep its preparation conditions in the record.
