A Bulk Matcha Supplier Brief for US Importers

Prepare a bulk matcha supplier brief for US importers covering product data, document scope and shipment planning. H2 Green sources from Vietnam.

Direct answer

When evaluating a bulk matcha supplier for US importers, your brief should identify each required document, what product or lot it must cover, and when it is needed. Send this matrix with the application and quantity so the supplier can distinguish available information from records that still require confirmation.

Begin with product identity

The first row of your document request should identify the actual product. Include the requested grade, ingredient type, application and proposed quantity. A generic request for 'all certificates' can return information that does not cover the ingredient you plan to import.

H2 Green's current matcha MOQ is 200 kg. The Ceremonial grade is the company's lead direction, but product identity and the actual offered specification remain central to the enquiry.

This is a request framework, not a list of documents already confirmed for H2 Green. Have your quality and import teams determine the records relevant to the actual purchase.

Record the response at the same level of detail

For each item, note whether it is available, requires further confirmation or does not apply to the offered product. If a report concerns an earlier sample, record that fact. Do not relabel it as a current-lot report.

FDA's official guidance describes imported-food review and the Foreign Supplier Verification Program. Consult the current official materials with your US compliance team to determine the applicable responsibilities and records. Supplier documents do not alone establish an import outcome.

Link paperwork with the shipment plan

Document needs can affect the order discussion. Tell H2 Green which information is needed before sample approval, before purchase confirmation or for the shipment. Include destination and delivery basis so the response concerns the actual proposed supply.

A complete enquiry gives the source partner enough context to coordinate the product review while keeping the US importer's responsibilities clear.

Buyer questions

Is a COA the same as a certification?

No. Identify the purpose and scope of each document. A test report and a certification answer different questions.

Does H2 Green confirm every requested document in advance?

Document availability and scope are confirmed for the product and enquiry. This guide does not claim that every requested record is already available.

Discuss your Ceremonial matcha requirement

Tell H2 Green your application, buyer type, expected first-order quantity in kg and US delivery destination. We can discuss suitable sample and quotation requirements for your enquiry.
